United Women in Faith
At Asbury, our chapter of United Women in Faith (formerly United Methodist Women) is a powerful community of women dedicated to spiritual growth, leadership development, and transformative service. We are a sisterhood of grace, driven by a desire to improve the lives of women, children, and youth both here in Uniontown and around the globe.
OUR MISSION IN ACTION
We believe that when women gather with a shared purpose, they can change the world. Our work focuses on several key areas:
- Global & Local Missions: We raise funds and provide hands-on support for initiatives that tackle poverty, education, and social justice.
- Spiritual Growth: Through retreats, Bible studies, and regular meetings, we encourage one another to deepen our relationship with God.
- Advocacy: We stand together to speak out on issues affecting the most vulnerable members of society, turning our faith into active hope.
A PLACE FOR EVERY WOMAN
You don't have to be a "long-time" member of the church to join us. We welcome women of all ages and backgrounds who want to make a difference.
